"My sister wanted a carpet for her kitchen. The kitchen is north facing with ceramic floor tiling, so very cold, especially in winter. She rang Perfection carpets, and explained, due to ill health, she couldn't get to the shop. Lauren, was brilliant, told her not to worry, and that Richard would call out to see her. Another problem is Joans eyesight is fading, so struggles to see colours. I cannot tell you how fantastic the carpet looked. Richard had helped Joan select the perfect carpet and colour choice, then John, the very experienced fitter, competed the full quality service. It has totally transformed the room.
